"I would not recommend this State Farm agent. My policy was discontinued after two claims that were never paid, which I find unfair and poorly handled.Also employees are very rude and showing attitude. There are so many better agents out there, stay away from this guy."

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. I have been a customer of this office for over 12 years, and unfortunately, my experience has consistently been frustrating. It has always been difficult to get clear information regarding our home and auto policies due to poor communication and lack of responsiveness. Emails and phone calls often go unanswered. However, when it comes to selling additional products like life insurance, the office is quick to call repeatedly. This contrast in service is very disappointing. Last week, our family decided to give this office one final opportunity. We spoke with Patty and several other staff members, but the interactions were unhelpful and came across as rude, dry, and dismissive. I even emailed Armando Perez - State Farm Insurance Agent directly and had to escalate the issue to corporate. Due to their failure to report our coverage to the state, my driver’s license was nearly suspended. It took almost two weeks to resolve something that should have been handled promptly. After more than a decade of loyalty, it is extremely disappointing to feel that this office does not value or care about its long-term clients. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience. We finally changed agents. You can do that online or through your State Farm app."

"I had to write a review for the insurance agent Mary. She is the best! Anytime I call for questions regarding my coverage I ask to be directed to her, although the other agents always offer if they are able to help as well. She has been not just mine but also my family’s agent for years. She introduced me to life insurance and we have great coverage for home/auto through SF thanks to her. Also insurance for things I didn’t know existed, like in case of injury and sickness you can pay an insurance and if you’re unable to work due to your injury this insurance can still get you some income during hard times. She is a very dedicated hard working woman who looks out for you. She can personalize plans specifically for you and goes above and beyond because she has all the knowledge necessary in this field. She speaks Spanish as well so that’s an incredible plus for the Hispanic community. Thank you Mary!"
